Optics folks, what do I have here?

1
Came across this interesting scope. The quality seems very very good, but I can find absolutely nothing about this. From what I can scrounge up Oigee manufactured scopes often used by WWI snipers, but this one seems perhaps a commercial model for export? I doubt it would say "Made in Germany" if it was for domestic use :P Also cannot find anything at all on "Luxa-Lite"

I figured it might be some kinda counterfeit, but who'd counterfeit a scope most people have never heard of, and if they did they made a damn fine optic in the process.

Anyway, does anyone have any clue in hell what this is?

From an eBay listing:
From 1905 till world war II Oigee was well known for manufacturing optical sights like airplaine scope sights, reflector gun sights for airplane, rifle scopes and military binoculars 6x30.

Company Oigee from Berlin produced sporting and target rifle scopes in Germany prior to World War I for use on sporting and target rifles. With the onset of the war, Oigee/Berlin scopes, along with many other previously manufactured sporting rifle scopes, were adapted by the German Army for use on their Scharfschutzen-Gewehr 98 Sniping Rifles and Military training rifles. All Oigee/ Berlin scopes are scarce in the USA.
