Finally warm enough to do some sandblasting

1
So it's above freezing which means I get to do some sand blasting. It's still cold and dry enough that I was getting a static discharge while blasting. Seriously, it was like a gentle current flowing through the parts that I was blasting. Here's to hoping that I just gained some kind of super power.

On a related note, I blasted Fknauss' Glock for the Glockferatu paint theme.
I don't like to think of my self as an artist so much as someone who stares at empty spaces and imagines s--t.

I get the same effect using a cotton buffing wheel. If I ground myself to the machine, by resting a finger on the pedestal, it doesn't do it. I've seen velcro ankle wraps that are corded to the work station to keep from wrecking electronics. I always think about tracking one down right after a get a loud blue arc across my knuckles.

Puffing up is no substitute for smarts but it's a common home remedy
