here's a video of JoeMustang shooting his CZ Kadet .22 thru the viewfinder, thru the red dot. that's a trick. deep breath, tight grip............ enjoy.

Really nice. I've never shot through a red dot. It looks like you can focus your eyes on the target (i.e., long distance as opposed to the short distance to the front sight) . Is that correct?

That is correct. The reason Bullseye shooters use glass is the single focal plane
