Book Review: new Joseph Wambaugh

1
It's been awhile, but Joseph Wambaugh is back. He has three Hollywood titles,
Hollywood Station, Hollywood Crows, and Hollywood Moon.

The series, if you're reading them all, makes best sense when read in the above order, as there are common characters thoughout. Wambaugh's humor amidst grim police work, his knowledge of "cop-talk", and his career as a police officer in the LAPD, combine to make these stories compelling. As his Hollywood cops say, "Keep it real",
and Wambaugh convinces you that he has.

I will create a book review section for you guys as soon as I can. The last upgrade of the server software killed my forum advertising stuff - and now it yells at me about it when I try to create a new forum. I can fix it, its just going to take some time - which I don't have right now.

So don't fret, a book review subforum will be here probably this weekend. In the meantime, keep posting them here and I will move them over when I actually put the forum in place.
