Good books on counter-insurgency doctrine

I've done a lot of reading on this subject, and decided I'd put out a list on some of the better ones I've come across:

"The Savage Wars of Peace" by Max Boot

"The Accidental Guerrilla" by David Kilcullen

"Wrong Turn: America's Deadly Embrace of Counter-Insurgency" by Col. Gian Gentile

"The Insurgency in Chechnya and the North Caucuses: From Gazavat to Jihad" by LtCol Robert Schaefer

"The Sling and the Stone: On War in the 21st Century" by Col. Thomas Hammes

"The Village" by Bing West

"No True Glory" by Bing West

"Learning to Eat Soup with a Knife: Counter-Insurgency Lessons from Malaya and Vietnam" by LtCol John Nagl

"The Swamp Fox: Lessons in Leadership from the Partisan Campaign of Francis Marion" by Col. Scott Aiken

I'll be reading Kilcullen's "Out of the Mountains" once I'm done with "Capital in the 21st Century" by Piketty, and will post a review shortly after.
