Degenerative disc disease caused me to watch 1st Bond movie.

Degen disc with arthritis in the neck getting much worse, so it causes headaches and uncontrollable spasms in shoulders, arms, hands..numbness, etc... Then the ususal lower spine pain from all the surgeries, and knee pain, so sleep is often in 20 to 60 minute spurts seperated by hours of torture. But thats my life. However, to spend the time waiting to be able to cat nap again, and Im not wishing I never wake again once I am able to sleep, i am able to read, watch movies, work on my guns and such, as long as the headaches and spasms are not to bad.

So I ran across the very first ever James ( Jimmy) Bond movie from 1954. Casino Rolaye. Where Iam Flemmings story was bastardized into having James Bond being an American ( played by Barry Nelson) and Peter Lorey as the bad guy.

Its not to bad. Not the big explosions and special effects or fights and xhase sences we are use toin Bond movies, but not bad. After all, it is a hour long made for tv movie from 1954. Thwn again, ive always liked the old black n white movies that have good stories and not juat an hour and a half of special fx. It can be found on You Tube.
This is just my opinion, yours may vary and is no less valid.
