Just cleaned my MK II - took a minute to strip and the same to assemble. Only tool I used was a piece of string to pull the latch out.
Granted, it's broken in, a new gun is probably tighter.

28Yeah, if I didn't have the MK II, I would seriously consider one of those. The frame, upper/barrel assembly, bolt and magazine are original, at least
