H.R.7115 - 3D Firearms Prohibitions Act
To prohibit the sale, acquisition, distribution in commerce, or import into the United States of certain firearm receiver castings or blanks, assault weapon parts kits, and machinegun parts kits and the marketing or advertising of such castings or blanks and kits on any medium of electronic communications, to require homemade firearms to have serial numbers, and for other purposes.

Nah, they're just trying to help boost profit for retailers. Just imagine the next time you build an AR, instead of spending $50-60 for that complete lower parts kit you can spend $100+ buying each part individually. :sarcasm:

Certain firearm receivers - very vague
Assault weapon parts kits - extremely vague - Like what, an after market trigger guard or mag release lever?
Machine-gun parts kits - isn't this already illegal? You can't build a machine gun or modify a semi-auto to fully auto with parts.
Require homemade firearms to have serial numbers - not vague, clearly a means to registration, then confiscation.
