Gearbuggy Scope Stand

Post by HuckleberryFun »

There is a guy that goes to Highpower and CMP matches here in Portland that uses a very sturdy scope stand that I really like a lot. I just ordered one from Kentucky. Yes, the guy answers his phone even on holidays. I got the scope quick disconnect option and the 28" inside the stand brass rod for whipping out to clear stuck bullets out of barrels. I'm 6'5", so he's making a taller than normal one for me at no extra charge (very nice of him). He's started making it today. I should have it within 2 weeks, he said.

Nice. I forget what I was doing when there's too much of a lag between shots.

Reminds me of a ring stand from my chem lab classes back in the day.

All the best things come from Kentucky.
All religions united with government are more or less inimical to liberty. All, separated from government, are compatible with liberty.-Henry Clay

Thanks for the link. At some point I may need to invest in something like this.

Although, I'm somewhat inclined to create my own stand, being a tinkerer.
