A world of great movies

Post by MaxwellG »

Been embracing all the Bluray and 4K remastering of older movies, some good old film (not digital) has been resurrected and this continues.
Looking forward to the 40th Anniversary Edition of Alien being released on April 23rd being overseen by Ridley Scot and Pam Dery...can't WAIT!
More titles are headed our way such as The Matrix, Terminator 2 and Black Hawk Down.
Just picked up Repo Man and Don't Look Back through The Criterion Collection at their 1/2 off sale last week.
Do read the review though on Bluray.com and High Def Digest.com as there are some duds out there when a studio uses an inferior print and doesn't do a good job remastering a film.

I finally replaced my copy of Naked Lunch that I lost in 2006 at that sale.
