Left friendly shops/brands/companies?

1
Million Dollar question??? Is there a list of Left friendly shops/brands/companies anywhere? Or a list of minority or women owned businesses? I’ve decided I want to try my absolute best to make sure my money is going to businesses who I feel deserve it when at all possible. I’m talking about everything we buy for this “hobby” of ours gun shops/firearms dealers obviously, but also ammo dealers, holster/belt makers, body armor, scopes, knifes, etc up to and including gun makers and silencer brands. And I know the last two are tall orders but I’d settle for companies that aren’t out blatantly endorsing Drumpf, or attacking BLM etc i.e. a suppressor maker in my state (WI), I won’t name names but sufficed to say I will absolutely not be giving them any of my business or cashing in their “trump” bucks. Now I realize that for some things, you just cannot get away from biting the bullet and supporting a company with your money that in turn supports the right wing politicians etc but we gotta start somewhere and that is here for me.

I’m also hoping to share a list like this with students once I become a certified instructor.

There used to be a list on the LGC main site but it wasn’t super accurate and is long out of date. It was the search that first brought me to this place in 2009.

What I remember of it is that Academy Sports (do they still exist?) and LL Bean were two companies that sold guns and gun-related stuff who didn’t give big donations to right wing douchebags. There’s no Academy local to me and LLBean has a pretty limited range of gun stuff, but they do have some safes and I really like their waxed canvas gun cases.

Buy Blue is probably the most often mentioned, but the Human Rights Campaign (gay related) also rates businesses. There are lists looking at liberal, conservative and 2A friendly businesses. Some use campaign contributions however some corporations divide their contributions and give equally to Democrats and Republicans so that might not be the best method.

Slate looked at industries:

One site listed businesses that are liberal which conservatives should boycott:

And two sites looked at 2A friendly businesses:

Just a random search, nothing scientific.

I don't think you sound like a broken record, more like a broken turntable. You need to remind people more often or else we tend to forget.
Just been mentioning it for a couple years now.

Of course with the possibility of small arms manufacturing moving out fro under State Dept control, I may go back to the Manufacturing license.

+1 Buy used and buy local, and If the salesman displays angry pressured speech, he's in the tacticult and I'm not going to spend much there . . . .
