The Sweet Sulphury Noxiousness made me do it(w/Range Report)

Post by foghorn »

Acquired first BP today. Unfired Pietta 1860 Army - Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Edition. Took me a while to figure out why no one was jumping on this deal. Then I remembered I live in GA.

Tell people you took it off a dead Yankee.
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

Nice! I think the 1860 Army has the nicest lines of any firearm ever made.

Now that was fun! Shot about 30 balls today. No real BP, could only get my hands on Pyrodex. At 10 yds with 20g, it was lots of good time.

I have one of these and it is probably my very favorite gun to shoot. I'm still working out ways to make reloading less of a pain in the ass
