3He was under attack by a rabid buck, what was he waiting for? Choot'em!
Glad that federal government is boring again.

4Bizarre, I've heard of them actually attacking people before but nothing like this.

5Rabies is exactly what I was thinking. People think of it as making animals vicious and attack, but it can have a range of behavioral effects, like excess affection, lack of fright.Stiff wrote:He was under attack by a rabid buck, what was he waiting for? Choot'em!
I don't think I'd eat that animal even if I shot it.

6It looked like a fairly young buck looking for a fight. I’ve seen young bucks pushed off does by a bigger buck act pretty squirrelly before, though I’ve never seen one try to pick a fight with a human like this. If the hunter had doe urine and the deer was rutting, he probably had testosterone coming out his ears and was making some poor decisions.
Do you believe in unlikelihoods?

7I thought of the doe piss angle but there is also the fact that some people will try to keep deer for what ever reason. http://www.twincities.com/2012/09/20/de ... -7-months/ This incident from 2012 ended much worse.CottonMcKnight77 wrote:It looked like a fairly young buck looking for a fight.
