Except for the two Westerns, those appear to be all military cases. I think the F is Frankford Aresenal (later they used FA) but I'm not sure. Should be pretty easy to find online. US military headstamp stuff is well documented. The two digit numbers are the years of manufacture.

I have seen staked bullets rather than crimped before, but maybe only on .30-06 dummy rounds?

i've looked at a lot of 45-70 stuf in the last day or so, some folks selling individual (i assume special in some way) rounds for over $20 a piece. :wtf:
there was apparently a 45-55 round for the carbine, less powder but identical in appearance except a "C" in headstamp.
