One would ban “assault weapons which are not properly registered.” Another would ban “large capacity feeding devices for use in firearms.” A third, introduced for Gov. Gina Raimondo and Attorney General Peter Neronha, would require safe-storage of firearms in a locked container unless they are “equipped with a tamper-resistant mechanical lock or other safety device.”
