Yes, for sale in TX. The only waiting period will be for the loan approval. $28,000 ($2704.85 in 1944 dollars)

Well. I'd definitely have to get a dedicated Dillon in 30-06 with that beast. On the plus side, I guess you wouldn't have to worry about getting the Sierra Match Kings for it.
