Wow! What is the source of his line graphs? How does he get data on the cumulative number of votes for each candidate DURING the process of tabulation? Very, very interesting, but I've never seen that before. Do voting officials track that?

Judge rejects Stein's request for hand recount

"Green Party candidate Jill Stein paid $3.5 million Tuesday to clear the way for Wisconsin's presidential vote recount but had a judge reject her lawsuit to require all Wisconsin counties to do the recount by hand.

Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn said the effort to force the hand recount — which was backed by Democrat Hillary Clinton’s campaign — did not meet the state’s legal standard for prohibiting the use of machines in the recount, saying that the two campaigns did not show a hand recount, though more thorough, was necessary or show there was a clear and convincing evidence of fraud or other problems.

Bailey-Rihn said there were good reasons to do a hand recount but no legal basis for her to mandate it."

I assume they only track cumulative totals during hand recounts. But you could probably approximate this by tracking vote totals released by elections officials over the course of the vote count, as more and more precincts report their totals. The results should stabilize as more votes are counted. You do have the urban vs. rural thing going on though.

The Shit Stain administration has just subpeonaed literally MILLIONS of North Carolina voter records, INCLUDING absentee ballots, ostensibly to root out "voter fraud", but is really an attempt to intimidate Democratic voters, particularly minority voters, into not registering and voting. Only 19 people have been convicted of voting illegally, all minorities, and most didn't realize they were voting illegally. But they are the excuse to fend off efforts to make voting in the Tarheel State fair and representative.

NC decided to say "No" and then the Hurricane hit. I don't hear the WH screaming at them (but I expected it). Nice try, Republicans!
