So many executive orders, so much twitter. What to do? Well, discuss it here for one...

As usual with everything in this WH, politics is driving it and April starts the second quarter in an election year and the Trump team want to show major turn arounds in the economy by November. The Trumpers want stock market gains and then as usual they'll lie that everyone is benefiting from the economic surge.

I fear the health experts will be drowned in in the march to November.

I just figured-out what to spend my stimulus money on -- my taxes. I'm thinking I'll just endorse the checks and mail them back.

Republican member of the US House Thomas Massie has suggested that he would ask for a quorum for the stimulus bill to pass the House. A quorum is 218 members. Pelosi was hoping to do a quick voice vote with a few members present and not require House members to travel back to DC. Now Trump is after Massie, don't know how solid his KY seat is.

John Kerry, former secretary of state and former Democratic senator, also attacked Massie on Twitter, saying the congressman "tested positive for being an asshole" and that he must be "quarantined to prevent the spread of his massive stupidity."
"Finally, something the president and I can agree on!" Kerry wrote.

The border between civilization and savagery is porous and patrolled by opportunists. Resist fascism. Vote like your democracy depends on it.
