4Here is my new puppy.
A CZ 75 Compact 9mm, which has a steel frame and manual safety (like the 1911s I am comfortable with). I added Cocobolo grips from CZ Custom and pictured it with the IDPA rig I put together, a Fobus holster and Blackhawk mag pouch.
I shot it today for the first time. It handles and shoots beautifully, roughly comparable to my 1911s.
